Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, oven safe up to 500F. Chip resistant and dishwasher safe. Each pot or pan’s cast iron core is formed from a single-use sand mold. The cast iron core is then enameled two or three times depending on color. Inspected visually or technically 100 times during manufacture, each piece of Staub cookware is truly one of a kind. Made in Alsace.
